• Are a committed Christian (any denomination).

• Are early-mid career (especially ages 18 - 25).

• Are based in the US or UK.

• Are keen to tackle pressing problems that we find especially critical.

• Regard maximum impact as a top consideration.

Mentorship consists of:

• One call with a generalist CFI mentor (within 1-2 weeks).

• One call with a specialist CFI mentor (within 1-4 weeks)
