Beth feels called to tackle nuclear security, climate change, and global poverty.

She is currently a policy advisor at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO).

She has an background in International Affairs and Applied Theology. Beth is based in London.

Joshua feels called to tackle AI safety, nuclear risk, and global development.

He is the founder and CEO of Impact Ops, a consultancy providing operations support for high-impact organizations.

He has previously worked at the Centre for Effective Altruism and the Marine Megafauna Foundation. He’s based in Devon, UK.

Crystal feels called to tackle global health and animal welfare.

She’s currently the recruitment manager at Ambitious Impact, and works on recruiting ambitious individuals to start high-impact, evidence-based nonprofits.

She has a background in philosophy from Oxford University. Crystal is based in London.

Gary feels called to tackle climate change and missions.

He’s currently leading a climate action startup for Christians, and has previously served as a senior pastor at Church without Walls in Berkeley and as a professor at Denver Seminary.

He is also the author of Return to Justice.

Ruirui feels called to tackle extreme poverty.

Ruirui is a consultant at McKinsey and former White House Behavioral Science Innovator.

She is also a published writer. She’s based in D.C. and attends Grace Church.

Joy feels called to tackle global health and poverty.

Originally from the US, Joy has been living and working in Latin America for 15 years.

She is now the co-founder and director of the nonprofit, Vida Plena, building strong mental health in Latin America.

Steven feels called to tackle climate change.

Previously a Senior Software Engineer at Airtable, he has founded 3 tech companies including ClimateTechList, the web's most comprehensive climate tech jobs site for tech and non-tech professionals looking to work on climate change.

Jay feels called to tackle missions.

Jay is a medical doctor and board certified Diagnostic Radiologist. He also founded Bless Big, which is focused on effective giving. Jay and his family are based in Holland Mi and attend WWHC.

Will feels called to tackle global health and poverty and missions.

Currently a Software Engineer at Asana, he earns to give and donates to effective anti-poverty charities.

He has previously worked at LinkedIn and Meta.

Lane focuses on strategic giving and charity effectiveness. 

Lane is the Founder and Managing Director at All Access, helping people make more global impact with their giving towards ending global spiritual and physical poverty.

He also founded Impact Builder, helping orgs make more impact and get more funding.

Waithera feels called to tackle preventable diseases.

Waithera is head of finance and HR at Ambitious Impact and also directs operations at FEM.

She is from Nairobi and based now in London. She attends her local anglican church.
